Weight for it...
Mar. 7th, 2008 09:18 pmso the first week of the bet is over. I have chosen to work with the low carb (not gonna do the no carb that a friend suggested) and low fat diet.
At some point I will work in exercise I swear...really. I did 15 min's on the Stairmaster this morning; that's a start.
So today's weight in for day 7 is 283.2 pounds. I am skeptical of the numbers so far though. I suspect a false reading some where. I mean 10 lbs in the first week? Though the first week of dieting/eating changes do tend to be dramatic for me. I remember in WeightWatchers I lost an insane amount the first two weeks but it was more like 5 or 6 pounds.
Next week will be the real test I think, if for no other reason then to see if I can stick with it. = ]
So the math, 8.8 pounds lost.
