Literary pet peeve

I think just about every time I read the phrase, "She crossed her arms beneath her breasts" or something similar, I roll my eyes. It's used a lot I've noticed and I think the first time I read read it I didn't think much about it, that is until I stopped and visualized it. Then it started to bug me for one reason, it's only purpose seems to be to draw attention to the character's breasts.
Now I admit I'm a guy but it seems to me that there really isn't any other comfortable or easy way to cross your arms if you are a woman. Crossing your arms over your breasts just seems awkward and would be the time to point out where the woman is crossing her arms. Ladies, am I wrong? Am I being too picky?
So what are some of your literary pet peeves f-list?
