bjornwildeGot the offer letter today. btw I got the job.
I saw a double and a half rainbow today on the drive to and from getting the offer letter. The half was one of those rainbows that start to go yellow/green after the yellow/green/blue/indigo. The 2.5 were complete arches too. I don't know how long its been since I saw a rainbow, let alone a full arch let alone the full neat-ness that was this rainbow.
I also heard the coolest thing on the radio. Ska-Hip Hop. I wish I had caught the name of the band. Very cool, keep you ears out for it. Wish I knew who it was...Snooks?
All was good...I was in teh best mood. Then I opened the offer letter.
So much for the good mood. The salary in the letter was 5k less than what we had talked about. 5k less is a deal breaker. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
I will call, leave VM and show up early Monday morning and I will get the salary promised or I continue to look for work.
