Mar. 8th, 2015 04:05 pmWOot, I actually got back on the workout wagon. Did 40+ minutes total, a mix of free weights, core exercises, and 20 minutes on the elliptical. A good start but I need to make sure to keep up the momentum.
Now I am in a post workout fugue. Hopefully the recovery shake will kick in soon.
