And my cooling off period for taking on new RPG characters has paid off. I still remember enjoying the Thorn of Breland books, and I know the story had lots of potential, but I don't really have a clear idea of her personality in my head any longer.

Also, I finished Dreadnought and OMG it was so good. Great writing, characters and story. It was emotionally brutal at times, with lots of transphobia, but there were as many who supported the main character as who heaped the emotional abuse.
